A legacy stitched with hands... and worn proudly in our hair! Shaped by late nights, stubborn seams, and the kind of creative chaos that makes the mirror irrelevant and our quilts unforgettable ~ Quilt Hair Don’t Care. Sound Familiar? 😉🧵

Chaos Finch doesn’t start messy ~ she becomes messy. Her feathers burst outward as blocks pile up, plans shift, and creative mayhem unfolds. By the end, everything looks intentional… even if it absolutely wasn’t.

Unisex Distressed Quilter Cap:

This perfectly distressed cap is basically made for quilting hair ~ you know, the kind that happens when you’re “just finishing one more block.” Soft, broken-in, and comfy from the first wear, it looks like a longtime favorite right out of the box. The relaxed fit and adjustable strap make it easy to throw on for sewing days, retreats, or quick fabric runs. Messy hair approved. Creative chaos encouraged.

The unstructured body and low profile makes it comfortable for everyday wear.

Adjustable strap for comfort all day

Distressed Quilter Cap

Because quilting hair is a thing. 🧢🧵

This distressed quilter cap is made for creative days that start at the cutting table and somehow end at the grocery store. Soft, comfortable, and perfectly broken-in, it has that favorite-hat feel from day one — like it’s already been to a few retreats and knows your routine.

The low-profile fit keeps it relaxed (not stiff or structured), while the adjustable strap makes it easy to wear whether you’re wrangling fabric, running errands, or heading out with quilt friends. The distressed details give it a casual, vintage vibe that pairs just as well with leggings as it does with a messy bun and a “just one more seam” attitude.

No fuss. No perfection. Just an easy, grab-and-go hat for quilters who like their style the same way they like their projects — comfortable, creative, and well-loved.

Why quilters love it

  • Soft, broken-in feel with vintage character
  • Relaxed, everyday fit that’s easy to wear
  • Adjustable strap for comfort all day
  • Perfect for sewing days, retreats, errands, and road trips

Warning: may become your default “quilt room hat.” 💜

Cap Care (Quilter-Approved)

This cap already has that perfectly worn-in look, so care is easy. Spot clean gently with mild soap and cool water, then let it air dry. Skip the washer, dryer, and iron — they’re a little too enthusiastic for distressed favorites. Treat it kindly, and it’ll keep that quilt-room-ready vibe for the long haul.

Various® distressed-cap ~ Distressed Baseball Cap

**Distressed Baseball Cap ~ Broken In From Birth**

A good cap should look like it has been to some places, and this one arrives pre-qualified: a pre-distressed finish on an unstructured, low-profile crown, so it fits like the favorite you have owned for a decade ~ minus the decade. The adjustable closure means it fits every head in the household, which is also its main risk (caps migrate; guard yours). This is the cap for quilt-hair mornings, outdoor shows in July, and every errand between sewing sessions where the hair situation is a direct result of last night's deadline. It shades, it softens, it never needs breaking in. Spot clean, air dry, wear immediately. The lived-in look is the entire point... you just get to skip the living-in part.
