Quilter Headwear ~ Caps On, Cares Off

Quilt hair (see: don't care) occasionally requires a hat, and the flock volunteered. These distressed baseball caps put the birds above the brim ~ Chaos Finch, Snipsy Wren, Ruckus Jay, Ziggy Bobbin, Peaches Plume ~ each one already famous from the tees and delighted about the promotion.

The cap is for the errand between sewing sessions, the outdoor quilt show in July, and every morning the hair situation is a direct result of last night's deadline. Lived-in from day one, exactly as a good cap should be.
