We use high-quality direct-to-garment or screen printing with wash-stable inks that are built to last. To keep your design looking sharp, we recommend turning the garment inside out, washing cold, and tumble drying on low. Skip the iron directly on the print and your tee will outlast several quilt tops in progress.
How long does shipping take and will my order arrive before a retreat or gift occasion?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days after production, and most orders begin production within 2 to 3 business days. If you have a hard deadline like a guild retreat or a birthday, check the estimated delivery window at checkout and reach out to us directly ~ we will do our best to help you plan ahead.
What is your return or exchange policy if something does not fit?
Because our personalized apparel is printed to order, we are not able to accept returns for size exchanges on non-defective items, so please do use that size chart before ordering. If your item arrives with a print defect or a production error, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit, no runaround required.
