HOW CAN I CONTACT CHIC QUILTER

HOW LONG  UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

Most of our products arrive within 2-3 weeks via DHL and USPS.  Generally, products ordered in the US are printed and sourced from the US, and the same applies to our International customers. 

Each item is made-to-order - this helps to prevent overstock and is therefore better for the environment.  Because of this business model, some items will arrive in under a week, while other items may take a bit longer. 

When your order does ship, we will send you the tracking number so that you can watch for it!

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER

Some of our products ship from different locations.  Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days.  If you only received a portion of your order, don't worry as the rest will follow!

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS

We do offer wholesale discounts.  Please reach out directly to our support at chicquilter@gmail.com, and we can provide you with a special code for checkout.  Wholesale orders are a minimum of 12 of the same design/color/size (no variations).

CAN I REPLACE A DAMAGED AND/OR INCORRECT ORDER

We currently do not accept returns, but we do issue refunds.  Please refer to our Refund Policy for more info.
