The map keeps filling in ~ from Alabama, Alaska and Arizona through Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and beyond. If yours has not been stitched yet, it is on the cutting table.

Are these only for the state you live in now?

Not even a little. Quilters wear where they are from, where they retreat, and where the grandkids are ~ some collect all three.

What garment do these come on?

The relaxed fit tee ~ the one that works at guild, at the shop, and on the porch.

Stitchin' In Your Home State

Every quilter is from somewhere, and that somewhere is all over her work: the colors, the guild, the shop hop she still measures every other shop hop against. These designs carry the state itself, Stitchin' In style, from Alabama to Alaska and right on through the map.

They started as a way to wear your own zip code and turned into the gift that ends the what-do-I-get-her question: the guild friend who moved to Arizona, the daughter stationed in Georgia, the retreat roommate who will not stop talking about Colorado. Find her state. Done.
