Quilting Spirit Animals
Guild Notes
Somewhere in this collection, in feathers, fluff or fur, is you. The moment you see her, you'll know.
Every quilter is one of these citizens: Nettie Needlecoat checking every seam twice, Maude Broadloom running the whole operation from the biggest chair in the room, Nell Straightrow constitutionally unable to walk past a crooked row, yours or anyone's. Browse the society, find the one who is unmistakably, undeniably you, and let your guild draw its own conclusions (most quilters turn out to be three of them at once).
Which one is me? The one you laughed at first. That reaction is diagnostic, because quilters recognize themselves faster than they admit it.
Can I gift one? These are the easiest gift in quilting, because you already know exactly how your quilting friend behaves at 11pm with one block left. Match the habit to the citizen and you cannot miss.
Do new animals join the collection?
Constantly. The roster grows as new citizens arrive, and Stitch Circle members hear about each arrival first.
